Preventive Services Partnership (with The Dunbar Association and Huntington Family Center) Onondaga County Department of Social Services collaborates with The Salvation Army, Dunbar Association and Huntington Family Center to provide high quality preventive services to children and families because of child abuse and neglect and are at risk for foster care. Services include case planning, case coordination and counseling. Four staff teams reach out to families throughout Onondaga County. The Preventive Services Partnership staff serve over 800 clients each year. |
