The TAPC is a supportive apartment and parenting center specifically designed for young girls between the ages of 16 – 21 who are pregnant or already parenting. Comprehensive services and certified daycare facilities are offered on site in order to prevent these vulnerable young families from becoming homeless or returning to a life on the streets. In addition to providing each of the 24 girls with their own small apartment, the TAPC also offers 24-hour crisis support and supervision, case management, independent living skills, parent education, social events and recreational activities.
