Adolescent pregnancy services provide case management and outreach contacts to youth throughout Onondaga County who are under the age of 21. Services focus on youth who are pregnant and parenting as well as provide assistance for those displaying high-risk indicators for either situation to occur. Case managers navigate young people through a variety of topics such as decision making, parenting skills, establishing priorities, accessing community resources and assessing key health and development issues relating to adolescent parents and their children.
