The Transitional Independent Living Program (TILP) is an apartment program located on the second floor above Barnabas Center.  The TILP apartments offer realistic living situations for homeless young men, ages 16-21.  Participants may live in the apartment program for up to one year, focusing their efforts on education, employment and various living skills topics. Twenty-four hour staffing assists youth with the social and emotional skills necessary to equip them for their eventual move back into the community.
